Why can “USA proxy” show another country?
Common reasons: DNS leak, wrong proxy exit, ISP geolocation database mismatch, IPv6/IPv4 route differences,
or traffic going outside the proxy tunnel for some requests.
What is “Timezone” used for?
Many anti-fraud systems look at consistency: IP country vs timezone vs language vs locale.
A US IP with Europe/Oslo timezone can be a signal.
